Spacious bathroom with a deep soaking tub was a highlight of my stay. The furniture and carpeting needed replacing.

Excellent location: walking distance to the center of the city, 2-3 metro stations, shops, restaurants and bars, and, at the same time, at the very quite street. It is an ideal location with the possibility to reach it from the airport in maximum 45 minutes just using the public transport (subway).
Wi-Fi Internet connection (included in the price) did not work though my laptop worked perfectly well last March in the hotel Jardin Metropolitano. Breakfast (choice and variety of food) was too modest for the 4 stars hotel. 4 stars hotel cannot have the room's minibar staffed with just three bottles of soft drinks. TV channels are available only in Spanish language. In my opinion it is a regular 2-3 stars hotel without any character. But, it is still fine for business or private travelers with limited budget.

The fitness and SPA are good, very new. Small but well done. Also the breakfast is worthwhile
The staff was quite amateur, trainees probably. The meals are very expensive against the price they charge. The minibar was not well furnished and it's heat warmed up the room

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
I was disappointed to find that my room had no USB ports or available power outlets to charge my devices. The breakfast options could use better variety. While I appreciated the fresh orange juice, the overall selection was rather bland. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, leading to inadequate restocking of amenities on some days.

Very very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location for metro.
Not one single taxi driver had ever heard of the hotel - 2 even dropped us off 400metres away in exasperation !!

What they don't tell you
A chic hotel with a Parisian vibe! Stay here for the charming balcony views and easy walking access to vintage shops. Friendly staff and good free cookies in the lobby add a sweet touch. Comfy beds guaranteed restful nights, and a well-stocked supermarket is just around the corner. Worth every penny!

Cozy room and a nice bathroom with wooden floor. The hotel is located close to two metro stations which guarantees an easy access to the center of Madrid.
Although the rooms are described as "sound prooved", the walls are very thin. Therefore it was easy to hear the neighbours talking or to hear the TV next door. We woke up several times at night because of the noise. For an international 4-star Hotel, a TV with only Spanish channels is hard to accept. Our balcony was dirty. The hotel is definitely overpriced!

The location was very good, quite area, in a walking distance to everywhere. The Spa is completely new, clean and there was nobody. The coffee in the cafetery was very very good!

Rooms are spacious with a lovely view, but the hotel's decor and furnishings are quite dated. Breakfast varied from great to lacking, with inconsistent service quality affecting our experience.

The breakfast area makes me very very sad. The fake daylight is horrible. The colour yellow makes me depri. The coffee was very pleasant! :)

The proximity of the Hotel to a metro station and how spacious was the room.
There is no way that this Hotel is a 4 star Hotel. Never slept on a bed so uncomfortable. The pillows were the worse I have ever slept on it, full of lumps. The room had a smell of burning electricity every night. I am not sure where it came from - could have been from turning off the air conditioning. Breakfast was horrible - for $12 euros you can have a feast around the corner - so don't bother having it at the Hotel. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the other rooms (and I mean everything!!).

great location,, but decor needs an upgrade
The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I appreciated that the bathroom was well-equipped, providing everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The staff were cute and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast offered a wonderful assortment of fresh options, particularly the selection of local pastries, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
While the location is fantastic, the decor feels dated and could benefit from modernization.

I agree on the comments from before that the location is really excellent
The insulation is not existing and can hear really most of the activities of your room neighbors
